11/12 Maarslet (16/52)
It is the 16th day at Maarslet, and gosh. I cannot imagine my second week of Practicum is finally done. It feels like my fourth or fifth week here in Denmark. Perhaps it is not a surprise since I have known their names and have had conducted some lessons with them.
There was no breakfast with Ms Sussi today, as there is not enough food left. Therefore, Ms Sussi gave me 30KRs for me to buy lunch in school! Haha, but I was busy buying my air ticket to London, and I completely forgot about my lunch. (Yupp, I have just bought my air ticket to London, and it cost SGD $96 from just Billund Airport to Stansted Airport!
I have only one class today, and that is 8B! It was a 90 minutes class! I had the pleasure of introducing Singapore to these students during the first 60 minutes of class! With the remaining 30 minutes of class, Mr Thor (who was the substitute teacher as Ms Mette had a course to attend to) assigned them with homework!
After my consultation with Ms Britta and Ms Lotte at 1.30pm, I cycled back home because I wanted to drop my laptop and all my notes before going to Aarhus and meeting Michelle and Roosh. I have not eaten yet too, so I cooked a bowl of Tom Yum instant noodles and I put about 10 frozen prawns inside the noodle. It tasted so good. Oh no, I cannot help it.
It was raining quite heavily, and I was completely drenched. Oh my goodness. Haha when I arrived, here's Michelle and I on the train!
Michelle decided to abandon Roosh and I because she had to meet her friends. It is okay! Roosh and I had an awesome time together too! And after she left, our first stop was Sushi Mania!
Roosh needed to complete some shopping at the supermarket! We saw a huge plushie bear for sale, and this was Roosh with her plushy bear!
Thereafter, we left the shopping mall and entered the shopping street! The Christmas lights were really beautiful!
Roosh wanted to buy a jacket and she found a kaki-coloured sweater. Unfortunately, there wasn't a right size for her. This is her trying the black coloured sweater - which she did not buy eventually.
Michelle bought many books from Kristian Moller shop last week! So roosh was bringing me to the same place if there was anything I would like. But nah, most of them were so expensive...
Unfortunately, for some reasons, many shops closed earlier at 7pm that day. We were not too sure why. Hence, we decided to grab a bite at one of the cafes located around this area! As you can see, that was my Porchetta Sandwich (Oh no... I love Porchetta so much, I do not mind eating again and again. Haha). Roosh ordered a Tuna Sandwich!
Here is both Roosh and I at the Cafe! It was not easy trying to cut the sandwich, because the bread is so thick! I decided to finish the vegetables because cutting the bread. Haha, Roosh made a 'vegetable garden' on the table. (She made a mess trying to cut the sandwich, and all the vegetables spilled on the table...)
After dinner, we decided to go Bar Hopping. Here's one first bar, located opposite Fatter Esquil. What is on my hand is the Aarhus Beer. Haha I know what I am going to say next might not be true, but it tasted exactly like Carlsberg.... Roosh ordered a bottle of Coke!
Roosh and I hopped to many other bars (but there were not many we liked), so we settled down at Waxies Bar eventually, and I decided to call 3 beers for 100 KRs. Haha, it was not really cheap (prices are comparable to Singapore), but still, it was cheaper than getting one beer which was 40KRs. I kind of overestimated myself, because I had trouble finishing my second bottle of beer.
Here's Michelle joining Roosh and I back in Waxies Bar and here is a picture of us together! (Oh, and yes, I gave Michelle my third bottle of beer haha.)
I was quite tired after 4 bottles of beer, and I slept in the train haha. Here is a snap of Michelle taking a snap while I was asleep. Thank goodness they woke me up, because we took the last train and there was no more returning train from Odder to Aarhus for me to go back Maarslet if I overslept.

It is expected to be colder for the next few weeks. Earlier in the day, there was a hailstorm, and according to my Geography Teacher, Mr Thor, it is expected to snow next week. Cycling long distance can be a toll in the cold weather, so I put on my ear muff and wrapped myself with a scarf!
It was raining quite heavily, and I was completely drenched. Oh my goodness. Haha when I arrived, here's Michelle and I on the train!
Our first stop was H and M (as usual), and Roosh and I were looking for clothes that we like.
I cannot believe Michelle spent 800 KR in H and M last week. Gosh, what did she buy... Haha this is her trying one of the hats!

Yupp, I cycled back home. Haha, it was a tough ride as usual. I crashed the bed when I reached home. It was a long day...
